Common configurable options include hose length, inner diameter, material, number of layers, braiding structure, color, working pressure, burst pressure, and temperature range. We manufacture 25 ft, 50 ft, 75 ft, 100 ft, 150 ft and custom lengths. We support 5/8-inch and custom interior dimensions.
Inner Tube Materials & Core Structures
Inner tube customization covers material and structure. We offer Latex, TPE, PVC, PU, PE, PP, PA, and commercial rubber. We produce mesh-reinforced, corrugated, soft, rigid, wrapped, single-hole, multi-hole, and thick-wall designs. Materials can be reviewed against RoHS or REACH compliance.
Braiding & Woven Cover Customization
For fabric and expandable hoses, braiding options include custom color, density, weight, hardness, pattern, and weaving method. The final woven construction matches the inner hose structure and your target outdoor application.
Fittings, Connectors & Tooling Development
Select fittings from our catalog or have us custom-develop them. Options include solid brass, zinc-alloy, aluminum-alloy, and high-impact plastic fittings. We support different thread standards, quick-connect options, and customized fitting designs. Protective sleeves can be changed by style and material.
Garden Hose Nozzles, Spray Guns & Watering Accessories
We supply hose-only products or bundle with matching accessories: multi-pattern nozzles, plastic or metal spray guns, customized colors, connectors, hose reels, splitters, hangers, misting parts. Some spray-gun projects support lower MOQ depending on style and customization level.
Private Label, Branding & Custom Packaging
Private-label projects include custom logo placement, brand colors, labels, hang tags, manuals, and carton markings.
