Misting Systems
Configure Misting Kits for OEM and Distribution
Misting systems are complete hydraulic kits rather than individual nozzles. Performance depends on nozzle count and orifice, line length, filtration, available pressure and whether the user supplies water from a tap or pump.
The buyer's main operational concerns are BOM completeness, installation clarity, pressure balance across the line, clog prevention and access to replacement nozzles. These should be settled at the kit level so sales channels do not have to troubleshoot incompatible combinations.
This category fits patio, greenhouse, agricultural and outdoor-cooling distributors building defined kit families.

Patio, Greenhouse and Livestock Kit Programs
Misting customization can coordinate nozzle count and orifice, brass or stainless nozzle material, line length and color, filter, pump or tap supply, timer, mounting clips, adapters and retail packaging. We can develop a base kit plus optional expansion modules for larger areas. The sample should use the final nozzle count and line length so pressure, atomization and accessory quantities are approved together.
Incomplete hydraulic packages create the highest support burden because users cannot easily identify pressure, filtration or nozzle faults. A sellable kit should include a clear nozzle layout, filter specification, installation guide, replacement-nozzle path and a bill of materials approved as one unit.
Hydraulic Matching and Clog Inspection
A misting line can appear to work while pressure falls at the far end or one nozzle is partially blocked. Our inspection scope covers nozzle flow, atomization, pressure drop, filter condition, clog resistance, connection leakage and repeated on/off operation. The system is evaluated with the agreed nozzle count and supply method so the test represents the complete kit offered to the buyer.
