Custom Inner Tube Options for Any Pressure

We offer high-density 3-layer latex tubes and flexible dual-layer TPE tubes. The latex version boosts puncture resistance. The TPE version performs better in low-pressure areas. Both tubes support stable expansion and long-term use in varying climates.

Excellent Durability and High Flexibility

The hose expands and contracts up to 600 Zyklen. It resists temperatures from -40℉ to 176℉ with TPE, and -22℉ to 158℉ with latex. This ensures stable use in hot summers and freezing winters. You can use it in most weather conditions without damage.

Tough Anti-Torque Fabric Protection

A high-strength braided polyester sleeve wraps the hose body. This fabric resists twists, kinks, and surface damage. It stays soft and durable after heavy use. The protective layer extends the hose’s lifespan and ensures safe outdoor performance.

Secure, Leak-Proof Connection

We provide ABS, brass, and aluminum-plated copper connectors. Each meets U.S. thread standards and prevents corrosion. The full-coverage crimp design adds pressure tolerance. Each connector comes with sealing rings for leak protection. We include 3 extra rings per unit.

You can request any hose length, color, or layer count. We support full customization from core tube size to fabric wrap. Our standard 100ft hose has a pre-expansion inner tube of 69.3mm and expands to about 10.411.2mm.
